Formula: service fee = task price × tier rate. Net earnings = task price − service fee. Any tax due on the service fee appears only on the receipt we send you, never on the customer side.
How do I move up a tier?
Move up by meeting the 30-day earning requirements above. Every time a customer releases payment to you, the amount is added to your total and counts for the next 30 days. Tiers are recalculated automatically — there's nothing to apply for.
Can I drop a tier?
Yes. We're serious about reliability, so cancellations count. One or two cancellations you're responsible for in 30 days cost you a tier or block an upgrade; 3 or more return you to Bronze until your record is clean again.
Read the cancellation policyWhat counts as earnings?
Only payments released by customers for completed tasks, before the service fee. Offers that were never paid, cancelled tasks and refunds don't count. All figures are in pounds sterling.
