HEAVENLY is a United Kingdom marketplace for everyday services. We connect people who need a task done with independent taskers and registered business accounts who choose to do it, from house cleaning and handyman work to gardening, removals, transport and hair services.

We are a technology platform, not a services company. We do not employ taskers, we do not send crews, and we never set prices. Our job is to make introductions safe, transparent and fast, and to keep an accurate written record of what was agreed.

A customer publishes a task with photos, location and timing. Verified taskers see it on the live board and send their own offers. The customer compares profiles, badges, ratings and prices, then assigns the tasker they trust.

Work is agreed in writing inside the platform, payment is handled through the platform, and the payout is released to the tasker's verified bank account once the customer confirms the task is complete.

Every account is checked before it can trade. All members provide a valid photo ID and a mobile phone number; taskers additionally provide a UK proof of address, and business accounts provide their company registration together with the director's identity.

Public profiles show a display name, working area, badges and ratings only. Legal names, documents, bank details and earnings stay private, and no tasker can see what another tasker earns.

Taskers keep more as they build a track record. The exact terms that apply to a tasker are always confirmed inside their own account before an offer is sent, never published publicly.

Optional memberships add priority support and extra tools for customers, taskers and businesses. Memberships are billed monthly, start with a 14-day trial and can be cancelled at any time from the account.

Conversations stay on the platform so there is always a written record. Phone numbers and other direct contact details are automatically removed until the customer assigns the tasker, and our team monitors conversations for safety, fraud prevention and dispute handling.

Taskers are responsible for holding the licences and qualifications their trade requires and for complying with health and safety law. Cover for work booked through HEAVENLY is arranged by the platform, and we remove accounts that put members at risk.
