Support

Contact us

Our United Kingdom team supports customers, independent taskers and business accounts. Choose the right channel below and we will pick it up with the full history of your task in front of us.

01

Start inside the task, when you can

If your question is about a live task, an offer, a price or a payment, message the other party in the task conversation first. Those messages are kept as a written record, which is what our team relies on if we later need to review the case.

If the other party does not reply, or the matter involves safety, fraud or money, contact us directly using the channels below.

02

How to reach us

We handle support in writing so every case has a traceable history.

03

What to include

To resolve a case on the first reply, tell us the email address on your account, your account type, the task reference or link, the dates involved, and what outcome you are asking for. Attach photos or documents where they help.

Please do not send full card numbers, passwords or copies of documents we have not asked for.

04

Response times

We aim to answer general enquiries within one working day. Safety reports are triaged first, usually within a few hours. Payment and verification reviews can take up to three working days when documents must be checked.

Members on a paid membership plan get priority handling and 24/7 support cover for urgent issues affecting a live task.

Data rights requests are answered within one month, as UK GDPR requires. If someone is in immediate danger, call 999 first, then tell us.

05

Complaints and escalation

If you are unhappy with an outcome, reply to the same thread and ask for an escalation: a second reviewer who was not involved in the first decision will look at the file and respond with the reasoning.

Because the contract for the work itself is between the customer and the tasker, your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are against the trader who performed the task. We will still hold or release funds fairly on the evidence available in the platform.

For privacy complaints you may also contact the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO), the UK supervisory authority.
