Reviews and ratings: how they work
Who can leave a review, when, and how the average rating is calculated.
Verified reviews
Only the customer and the tasker of a genuinely completed task can rate each other, from 1 to 5 stars.
A published review cannot be edited or deleted, which keeps ratings reliable.
Average rating
The rating shown on a public profile is the average of all reviews received, rounded to one decimal place.
The number of reviews is always shown next to the rating.
